Lions have to built around behind a potential star at QB after endless problems at the position.
x - 3. Cleveland - 4-12 - Joe Thomas OT 6-7, 310 Wisconsin
Browns have never protected their passer since starting expansion club with QB Tim Couch.
x - 4. Tampa Bay - 4-12 - * Calvin Johnson WR 6-4, 235 Georgia Tech
Bucs love this playmaker and he is a perfect fit for their offense.
5. Arizona - 5-11 - Gaines Adams DE 6-4, 265 Clemson
Cardinals are always in the top 10 picks and DL is always a problem area.
