Draft Insiders’ – NFL Power Poll – Week 5

Ranking /Record /Team

#1 – 4-0 Chiefs
The Chiefs beat the Raiders in a matchup of unbeatens. RB Walker has recharged this attack to rank among the best in the game. Get an early bye week to recharge for a tough fight for the AFC West title.

#2 – 4-0 49ers
The 49ers crushed the Dolphins last week. Host the Broncos in a battle of West titans.

#3 – 3-1 Bills
The Bills fell to the Patriots in a tight shootout.  Travel to Los Angeles to face the Rams in a possible postseason preview. Bills defense faces a huge challenge.

#4 – 3-1 Seahawks
The Seahawks edged the Chargers at home. Host the undefeated 49ers this week in a key NFC West matchup with first place at stake.

#5 – 3-1 Ravens
The Ravens wore down the Titans last week. Travel to Atlanta for a Monday night contest with the Falcons starting to show life behind Michael Penix.

#6 – 3-1 Jaguars
The Jaguars won a close game vs the Bengals to stay atop the AFC South. Host the Eagles in a huge matchup for both conference leadership.

#7 – 3-1 Bears
The Bears beat the Jets behind a third string QB. Bears travel to Cheeseland to face the struggling Packers in a key NFC North contest.

#8 – 2-2 Rams
The Rams came back vs the Eagles to pull out a victory. Host the Bills on Monday night for another a tough game on their difficult schedule.

#9 – 2-2 Broncos
The Broncos fell to the 49ers, struggling on offense to put up points. This dink and dunk offense must improve to stay apace in the West. Travel to LA to face the winless Chargers in a trap game they have to have.

#10 – 4-0 Vikings
The Vikings edged the Dolphins in a close matchup. Travel to New Orleans to face the underrated Saints who can take them down for their first lost.

#11 – 2-2 Bengals
The Bengals lost another close game this time to the Jaguars. Travel to Miami looking to get well vs the winless Dolphins.

#12 – 2-2 Patriots
The Patriots fought to beat the Bills in an AFC East battle. Host the Raiders in another difficult AFC matchup with first place in two divisions at stake.

#13 – 3-1 Raiders
The Raiders tasted losing vs the Chiefs. Travel to New England to meet the Patriots in a critical AFC matchup. QB Kirk Cousins has been effective vs quality defenses.

#14 – 3-1 Giants
The Giants came back vs the Cardinals around some stout defense. Travel to Washington looking to retain the top spot in the NFC East.

#15 – 2-2 Eagles
The Eagles were edged by the Rams. Their offense struggled on all levels and must improve if they want to compete in the NFC.  Travel to London to face the emerging Jaguars with impact on both divisional races.

#16 – 3-1 Browns
The Browns just got by the Steelers in a key North matchup. Travel to MetLife to face the struggling Jets, looking to remain atop the AFC North.

#17 – 2-2 Cowboys
The Cowboys beat the Texans in a wild finish. Host the winless Bucs in a game where they must take care of business.

#18 – 2-2 Falcons
The Falcons exploded behind a hot QB Michael Penix who has directed this attack to consecutive wins. Falcons host the tough Ravens in an important test in the early schedule.

#19 – 2-2 Lions
The Lions’ defense was toasted by the Panthers on Sunday night. Defense must improve if they expect to challenge for the playoffs. Travel to Arizona to face the pesky Cardinals and can not take anyone for granted at this point.

#20 – 2-2 Steelers
The Steelers fell to the Browns in a close finish. Face a huge home test vs the tough Colts with both clubs looking to stay above .500 and in their divisional races.

#21 – 2-2 Panthers
The Panthers fell to the regenerated Browns. Host the Saints in an important South where their defense will be tested to the fullest.

#22 – 2-2 Colts
The Colts beat the struggling Commanders to get to .500. Travel to Steel town in a key AFC matchup for both clubs hopes to stay in contention.

#23 – 1-3 Saints
The Saints were bashed by the Falcons in a key NFC South matchup. Saints host the undefeated Vikings in an important NFC contest.  Defense has to step up if they want to challenge for the NFC South title.

#24 – 2-2 Packers
The Packers just got by the Bucs to get to the .500 mark. They travel to Chi-town to face their strongest rivals, the Bears. Offense needs to step up to stay apace in the tough NFC North.

#25 – 1-3 Cardinals
The Cardinals lost another dog fight this time with the Giants. Host the Lions in a key game to stay within reach in the very tough NFC West race.

#26 – 1-3 Commanders
The Commanders lost in London to the Colts. Host the GMen in a game they need to avoid falling behind in the balanced NFC East.

#27 – 0-4 Texans
The Texans lost another close game vs the Cowboys with horrible defensive play the primary culprit. Travel to Nashville in a battle of winless clubs trying to figure it out before it’s too late.

#28 – 1-3 Jets
The Jets struggled vs the short-handed Bears especially on offense. Host the vitalized Browns who think they have turned the corner.

#29 – 0-4 Bucs
The Bucs lost a tough game to the Packers last week. Travel to Dallas to face the explosive Cowboys on Thursday night this week.

#30 – 0-4 Chargers
The Chargers continued their mistake prone performances with a loss to the Seahawks. Host the Broncos this week in a key game to turn their fortunes around in the early action.

#31 – 0-4 Titans
The Titans lost another close contest vs the Ravens with inconsistent offense play the key liability. Host the Texans hoping to break into the win column in a season of development.

#32 – 0-4 Dolphins
The Dolphins came up short in a low scoring contest with the Vikings. Host the Bengals this week, hoping to find offensive answers to surprise the Bengals.
